Full Payment must be made within seven (7) days from the date of registration to secure your slot.
2. Registration Confirmation.
If payment is not received within seven (7) days from the registration date, Pusat Perubatan Naluri reserves the right to cancel the registration, assuming the participant does not wish to proceed.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling.
Any request to cancel or reschedule a registered Antenatal Class must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled class date. Kindly contact us via WhatsApp at 017-4143651 to submit your request.
4. Request Made at least Two (2) Weeks Before the Class
A) Request a Change of class date (Subject to availability) or,
B) Receive a 30% refund of the payment made.
5. Request Made One (1) Week or Less Before the Class
If Pusat Perubatan Naluri is notified One (1) week or less before the scheduled class, no refund or change of date will be permitted.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Registration Policy.
Registration for the Antenatal Class is strictly on a first-payment, first-reserved basis.
2. Last-Minute Cancellation.
Any last-minute cancellation made by registered participants will NOT be eligible for any refund.
3. Rescheduling & Changes
Pusat Perubatan Naluri reserves the right to reschedule or amend the class date and time if necessary. Registered participants will be informed in advance of any changes.
Participants who wish to reschedule their registered Antenatal Class to a later date may do so without additional charges, subject to seat availability.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Pusat Perubatan Naluri shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or personal property arising from or in connection with attendance at the Antenatal Class. Participants are advised to take proper care of their personal belongings at all times.
