TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • 1. Payment Terms
  • Full Payment must be made within seven (7) days from the date of registration to secure your slot.
  • 2. Registration Confirmation.
  • If payment is not received within seven (7) days from the registration date, Pusat Perubatan Naluri reserves the right to cancel the registration, assuming the participant does not wish to proceed.
  • 3. Cancellation or Rescheduling.
  • Any request to cancel or reschedule a registered Antenatal Class must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled class date. Kindly contact us via WhatsApp at 018-2380996 to submit your request.
  • 4. Request Made at least Two (2) Weeks Before the Class
  • A) Request a Change of class date (Subject to availability) or,
  • B) Receive a 30% refund of the payment made.
  • 5. Request Made One (1) Week or Less Before the Class
  • If Pusat Perubatan Naluri is notified One (1) week or less before the scheduled class, no refund or change of date will be permitted.
